Two people were killed in a Russian drone strike in the Dnipro-Petrovsk region of Ukraine. The attack, which occurred on June 26, targeted a minivan, resulting in additional casualties; twelve others were reported injured due to drone assaults in the nearby town of Nikopol.
Local authorities confirmed the fatalities and expressed concerns regarding the escalating violence in the area, marking a troubling increase in attacks as ongoing hostilities between Russian and Ukrainian forces continue. In addition to Dnipro-Petrovsk, strikes have also been reported in the neighboring Zaporozhzhia region, highlighting a wider pattern of military actions in southeastern Ukraine.
