The XM Group has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting communities in Limassol affected by the devastating wildfires of 2025. At a press conference held on June 30, 2026, the company announced the second phase of its corporate social responsibility initiative, which includes a financial allocation of €5 million aimed at providing relief and assistance to these communities.
As part of this initiative, XM has already implemented projects exceeding €1 million to aid the recovery of four specific mountain communities: Souni-Zanatzia, Agios Amvrosios, Agios Therapon, and Vouni. The company stated that its efforts focus not only on immediate relief but also on enhancing the long-term resilience of the affected areas. In addition, XM is financing the installation of ten portable water reservoirs to improve protection and resource availability in the region.
This ongoing assistance underscores XM's dedication to the recovery of Limassol communities following the tragic fires and highlights the importance of corporate engagement in disaster recovery efforts.
