Greek power utility PPC (ΔΕΗ) and real estate developer Dimand have announced their partnership to develop a model bioclimatic office complex at the site of the former Plessas military camp in Athens. This collaboration marks the beginning of their investment cooperation, which includes the establishment of a joint company dedicated to the development of the property.
The project is expected to have a total budget of approximately €176 million and aims to create a state-of-the-art office campus designed with bioclimatic principles in mind. Construction at the designated location on Mesogeion Avenue has already commenced, signaling a significant investment in sustainable development in the region. The initiative aligns with growing efforts to promote environmentally friendly architectural designs in urban settings.
