At least 14 children have died following the collapse of the roof at a tutoring center in Lahore, Pakistan. The incident occurred in the Kahna suburb of the city on June 30, 2026, while the facility was reportedly operating in a privately-owned residential building that was unregistered. The victims, aged between 5 and 16, were primarily younger children, with many under nine years old. In addition to the fatalities, five other children sustained injuries during the collapse.
Rescue operations were launched immediately after the incident, with authorities confirming the recovery of the deceased and efforts to ensure that no one else was trapped beneath the debris.
